How does the Turkish Airlines pilot selection process work?
Turkish Airlines (Turkey) typically applies a three-stage assessment for cadet and direct entry pilot recruitment. The structure below can vary by airline policy and changes over time, so confirm the current steps on the airline's official recruitment pages.
