1. Parties and Definitions

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the AviaCoach platform (the "Platform", "Service") operating at the aviacoach.com domain and the natural or legal person using the Service (the "User", "Member"). Every visitor/member who begins using the Platform declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

AviaCoach is a digital education platform offering ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) exam preparation, a question bank, simulator training, lesson content, flashcards, community and mentorship services. Services are provided on a subscription basis and/or through one-time credit/package purchases.

3. Membership and Account Security

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration.
• The security of account credentials (email, password) is the user's responsibility.
• Any unauthorised use of the account must be reported to Platform management immediately.

4. Pricing and Payment

Payments from Türkiye are processed via iyzico (secure payment infrastructure; seller: SKY YOLCU VE KARGO HAVA TAŞIMACILIĞI TİC. A.Ş.). International payments are processed via Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for international transactions. Prices are as stated on the subscription page; VAT and local taxes are included or added at checkout.

5. Subscription and Renewal

• Monthly subscriptions last 30 days; annual subscriptions last 365 days.
• Expired subscriptions require manual renewal; auto-renewal applies only if explicitly approved.
• A member may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

6. User Obligations

When using the Platform, the member shall:

• comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• not reproduce, distribute or share content (lessons, questions, videos) with third parties.
• not engage in conduct that threatens Platform security (scraping, brute force, etc.).
• not insult, harass or share misleading information targeting other members.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (text, images, video, question bank, software code) belongs to AviaCoach or its licensors. It is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed or sold other than for personal and educational use.

8. Limitation of Liability

AviaCoach does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Platform content is a supplementary resource regarding matters such as exam results and career opportunities; no definitive outcome is promised. AviaCoach cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or interruption of third-party services.

9. Suspension and Termination

AviaCoach reserves the right to suspend or close the account of members who breach these Terms without notice. In the event of termination, refunds of fees paid are subject to the Refund Policy.

10. Changes

AviaCoach may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced via email or in-Platform notification. The current version always remains published on this page.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. (Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain reserved.)
