Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties & Seller

BUYER: the consumer who purchases the service and registers on AviaCoach.
2. Subject & Service
This agreement covers the sale and electronic delivery of AviaCoach digital pilot-training services ordered via aviacoach.com. The service is fully digital; there is no physical shipment. Services include: membership plans (Pro / Career — Airbus/Boeing: airline interview prep, AI mock board, question banks, lessons, flight-briefing tools) and credits/“jeton” (digital usage rights for certain AI features). Current features and VAT-inclusive prices (TRY) are clearly shown on the order page before payment.
3. Payment
Payments from Türkiye are made by credit/debit card via the iyzico secure payment infrastructure; international payments via Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). Card details are not stored by the Seller.
4. Delivery / Performance
The service is digital and delivered electronically. Upon payment approval, the membership/credit is activated instantly on the Buyer’s account; access opens immediately. No physical delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Exception
Per the Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/(ğ), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered instantly with the consumer’s prior consent. The Buyer consents to immediate access and acknowledges there is no withdrawal right. For unused items with technical faults, the Seller offers a good-faith resolution (see Refund Policy).
6. General
The Buyer confirms having read and electronically approved the pre-contractual information on the service, price and payment. The service is for the member’s personal use only; account sharing is prohibited.
7. Dispute Resolution
Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
8. Effect
By confirming payment, the Buyer is deemed to have read and accepted all terms. The agreement is concluded electronically. The Turkish text is the legally binding version.
