Explicit Consent Statement

I declare that I have been informed by AviaCoach (the "Platform") under the Privacy Notice, and that I give my explicit consent to the processing and transfer of my personal data set out below for the purposes described (under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and, for users in Türkiye, KVKK Art. 5/1).

1. Marketing Communication

I consent to being contacted about new features, campaigns, study reminders and special offers via email, push notification and optional SMS. I may withdraw this consent at any time from the profile settings page.

2. Transfer to Third Parties

I give my explicit consent to the following transfers:

• Sky Aviation Academy — transfer of my order details (identity, contact, order items, date) for my Store orders.
• Paddle Inc. (US/EU) — transfer of payment data when paying from abroad.
• Google LLC — receipt of email + name only if I use the Sign-in with Google option.

3. AviaSOCIAL Content Processing

I consent to the posts, comments, stories and likes I share on AviaSOCIAL being viewed by other users, and to the content being reviewed automatically and manually for moderation purposes.

4. KYC (Identity Verification)

I consent to the processing of my identity data (national ID or passport details, date of birth, and, where applicable, passport image and selfie) for verification purposes in order to post content/comments/stories on AviaSOCIAL, and to the retention of audit records.

5. Cookies

I consent to the use of performance and analytics cookies, in addition to the cookies strictly necessary for session management and service quality.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

I may withdraw this consent at any time from the settings section in the panel or by sending a request to kvkk@aviacoach.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the date of withdrawal.

7. Account Deletion

I may delete my account at any time using the "Delete My Account" feature in the profile settings. After a deletion request, my data, except that subject to a statutory retention obligation, is anonymised within 30 days.
